SCHOOL!
Going to school and getting an education is extremely important for everyone. I know it is even required now. School isn't just about academics, even though that's a big part of it. We learn many valuable lessons from going to school. We form friendships, we learn to communicate, we have new experiences like paying a sport or an instrument. It also teaches us about our interests, crazy right? School teaches us about ourselves! I know I found my love and desire to become a teacher from going to school and I'm sure I speak for almost everyone in this field when I say that. An education is so important, especially is today's word and these are just a few reasons why it is so crucial.
Hi Cat! I love that you wrote about schools having valuable lessons outside of learning. After all, the friendships we form and the communication we bring to the table helps form our identity. While bringing student's interests to the classroom is vital, it is also a way for new interests to form. I personally got some of my favorite interests from things that I learned about way back in elementary schools. Education in today's world is very crucial as it helps not only helps form children's identities, but also helps them learn about what kind of impact they want to make on our world.
